Service Agreement Summary

This is a plain-English summary. What binds us both is the Service Agreement you sign with The Digital Wash Florida LLC and the Plan Order for your plan. If this page and your signed papers disagree, the signed papers win.

The price on your Plan Order is the price you pay; it is agreed with you before you sign.

Blog posts, job stories and approvals

The Digital Wash approves and publishes blog posts; you do not pre-approve them. We may, at our choice, send a post to you first. Only a post we send you waits, for up to 5 business days, and then it publishes as sent. A post that is finished and either published or sent to you for approval by the end of the month counts as that month’s post.

Blog posts are a fixed number each month, as your Plan Order states. If we publish fewer in a month, each missing post is owed and publishes the following month, on top of that month’s number. A missed post is made up with the post itself, never with a credit.

Job stories are written only from jobs you tell us about, up to the number a month on your Plan Order. That number is a limit, not a promise: in a month when you tell us about fewer jobs, there may be fewer stories.

Billing and term

• Your plan is billed on the 1st of each month. The first charge is on the 1st of the month after your website goes live; the days from go-live to that 1st are free.
• Local and Growth run for a term of 6 or 12 months.
• The term starts on the 1st of the month after your website goes live and runs in whole calendar months from that day. The days before that 1st are free and do not count toward the term.
• A plan runs month to month only where its Plan Order says so.
• When the term is served, the plan carries on month to month at the same price until you cancel or change it.
• If you end your plan before the term is served, the months left in the term become due at your agreed monthly price. The months left are the months of the term not yet charged; the month you cancel in is already paid for. We invoice that amount on the day you cancel, payable by the pay link on the invoice. Your cancellation does not wait for that invoice to be paid.
• If a payment fails, the card is retried for 14 days. After that, new content, the monthly report and our requests to you pause until it is paid. Your website stays up.

Your website and domain

• Until the term is served or the early-leave invoice is paid, The Digital Wash Florida LLC owns and hosts the website we build for you. From then on the website is yours, and you may move it anywhere you like. If The Digital Wash ends this agreement, the website is yours from that day.
• Your domain is yours, always. It stays in your name and you can move it anytime.
• The words, photos, logos and other material you give us are yours at all times.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee search rankings, calls, reviews or revenue. Results depend on your market, your competitors and things outside our control.
