Service Agreement Summary

This is a plain-English summary. The binding legal agreement is your signed Master Services Agreement, Order Form, Statement of Work, and Service Level Agreement.

This Service Agreement Summary describes the relationship between The Digital Wash Florida LLC (“Soap,” “we,” “us”) and franchise brands and their franchise location owners (“you”) who use the Soap platform.

What Soap Does For You

When you subscribe to Soap, we provide the following services for your franchise location:

Platform Services (included for all locations)

• A custom local website built specifically for your location
• SSL certificate, hosting, and content delivery network (CDN)
• Contact form with lead capture -- inquiries delivered to your dashboard
• Basic on-page search engine optimization (SEO)
• A dashboard where you can view leads, reviews, and performance
• Website content updates on request
• Ongoing platform maintenance and security updates

Local Marketing Plan -- $500/mo

• 2 SEO-optimized blog posts per month, written for your local market
• AI-powered review response drafting -- we write it, you approve it
• 2 Google Business Profile posts per month
• Monthly website and GBP audit
• A one-time cleanup of your name, address and phone across priority local directories, at onboarding
• Monthly performance report

Growth Marketing Plan -- $700/mo

Everything in Local, plus:

• 4 blog posts per month
• 4 Google Business Profile posts per month
• Keyword rank tracking and reporting
• Content gap analysis versus local competitors
• Automated review request campaigns (email and SMS)
• Auto-generated service area pages

Note: Corporate group rates may apply when a minimum tier mandate is established by your franchise corporation. Your account manager will confirm your applicable rate.

What We Need From You

To provide the best results, we need the following from you:

• Complete your Location Intake Form within 15 business days of account creation
• Connect your Google Business Profile when prompted
• Review and approve content within 5 business days of delivery
• Keep your business information (hours, services, contact info) up to date
• Respond to customer inquiries captured through the platform

Timeline

Here is what to expect after signing up:

• Weeks 1-8: Implementation period. We build your website and configure the platform. No billing during this period.
• Week 6-8: Go-Live. Your website launches and billing begins.
• Ongoing: Monthly content, review responses, GBP posts, and reports delivered on schedule.

Pricing and Billing

• Platform fee: $50 per location per month, billed to your franchise corporation
• Marketing plan fee: $500/mo (Local) or $700/mo (Growth), billed to you directly
• Billing starts on your Go-Live date -- not your signup date
• Your commitment term begins when your website goes live
• Early termination fees apply if you cancel before your commitment ends

Content and Approvals

All content -- blog posts, review responses, and Google Business Profile posts -- is generated using AI technology and reviewed by our team before being sent to you for approval. We do not publish anything without your approval first (unless you have enabled auto-publish for certain content types).

You have 5 business days to review and approve content. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, the content is considered approved and may be published.

Performance Expectations

Soap provides digital marketing services designed to improve your online visibility and lead generation. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue results. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including local competition, market conditions, and changes to Google's algorithm.

Exclusivity

During the term of your agreement, website management, content publishing, search engine optimization, and Google Business Profile management for your location must be performed exclusively through Soap. You may not engage other agencies or contractors to modify or publish to the assets managed under this agreement without our prior written consent. This ensures consistency and protects your SEO results.

Your Data

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you can request a full export of your location data (leads, reviews, content, reports) within 30 days of termination. We will provide your data in a standard format. After 30 days, data may be deleted.
