Soap was built to fix what franchise marketing kept getting wrong.

Years inside franchise marketing, building sites and running SEO, surfaced the same breakdowns on every account. Soap is the platform built to end them, run by the people who lived the problem firsthand.

The work that gets billed, and the work that gets done.

For years I built websites and ran SEO for franchise systems, and I kept walking into the same wreckage. I'd pull up a corporate site and find that only the homepage actually ranked, every location under it left to fight for a whole market with one thin page nobody had touched since launch. I'd open a franchisee's Google Business Profile and find it set up once and abandoned, reviews sitting unanswered for months. I'd read the glossy monthly report a previous agency sent and watch it celebrate activity while quietly burying everything that wasn't getting done.

And the franchisees were paying for all of it. Premium rates, often far more than the work was worth, for marketing that never moved a single ranking. They couldn't see what they were buying, so they had no way to know it wasn't working. That's the part that got me. Not that the work was hard, but that the people paying for it were being quietly shortchanged and would never find out.

The pattern was always the same. The work that's easy to show in a report gets done. The work that actually drives local results, the technical foundation, the per-location depth, the ongoing management, gets skipped, because the client can't see it and won't think to ask.

Soap is built from the other direction. Every feature exists because I watched something exactly like it go missing on a real account. Per-location sites built to rank, not one homepage carrying fifty markets. Profiles that stay managed, not set up and forgotten. Reviews answered in the owner's voice and approved by a human. Reporting that shows what's real, including the parts that still need work, because I'm done with reports built to hide the truth.

The people who built it are the people you talk to.

I'm not a sales team, and I'm not going to hand you off to one. I built Soap, I wrote the code, and I run it day to day. [Name] runs local SEO and search strategy across every account, the same work we've been doing for franchise clients for years. Between the two of us, the people who built your platform are the people who answer when you call.

So when you ask how something actually works, you won't get a rehearsed answer from someone reading a script. You'll get the real one, from someone who can open the code and change it that afternoon. If something's broken, I'll tell you. If something isn't worth doing, I'll tell you that too.
