- Account information: name, email address, phone number, business role
- Business information: business name, address, services offered, hours of operation
- Usage data: login history, page views, feature usage, device and browser information
- Google Business Profile data: reviews, ratings, insights, photos, Q&A
- Contact form submissions: inquiries received through franchisee sub-sites (name, email, phone, message)
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform services
- Generate content and marketing materials on your behalf
- Send notifications, alerts, and performance reports
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Communicate about service updates, maintenance, and changes
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform (aggregated, non-personal)
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data with service providers who help us operate the Platform:
- Supabase (hosting and database)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Twilio (SMS notifications)
- Anthropic (AI content generation)
- Google (Business Profile management)
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TDW, our users, or the public.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Row-level security (RLS) in our database ensuring tenant isolation
- Role-based access controls
- Regular security reviews and updates
No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
While your account is active, we retain your data to provide the Platform services. After termination, your data is available for export for 30 days. After the export period, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from all Platform systems.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF)
- Opt out of marketing communications

8. Children
The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
